This system is made of an insulated ice basket in the middle surrounded by kitchen salt with different granulometry fine to medium. I put boiling water in the middle and heat is transferred slowly to the salt around, if we repeat this operation we store heat in the salt. a black tube surround the basket to preheat water. It is a battery.
