AISKRIM ASAM BOI :
- 1 liter air
- 3/4 cawan gula (boleh kurangkan kalau taknak manis)
- 40 - 50 biji asam boi (adjust ikut tahap masam yg korang nak)
- 2 sudu besar tepung jagung + 1/2 cawan air (nak bagi tekstur creamy sikit, tak suka xyah buat)
- tambah kordial asam kalau nak lagi masam
- 10-12 plastik aiskrim ( saiz plastik : 1.5 x 12 inci)
AISKRIM BANDUNG :
- 1 tin susu cair/sejat/segar (370ml)
- 500ml air masak
- 1/2 cawan susu pekat manis
- 3 - 4 sudu besar sirap ros
- 1/2 sudu besar tepung jagung
RECIPE :
SOURPLUM ICECREAM :
- 1 litre water
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 40 - 50 pieces sourplums
- 2 tbsp corn flour+ 1/2 cup water
- add extra sourplum cordial if you like
- 10-12 icecream plastic bags ( bag size : 1.5 x 12 inch)
BANDUNG ICECERAM :
- 370ml evaporated/fresh/full cream milk
- 500ml drinking water
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 - 4 tbsp rose flavoured syrup
- 1/2 tbsp corn flour
- 10-12 icecream plastic bags ( bag size : 1.5 x 12 inch)
