Dr Greg Penner presents on Canola Meal in Starter Mixtures for Dairy Calves
This year, as an offshoot of AMTS The Nutritionist webinars in 2023, the Canolamazing webinar with Dr Greg Penner focuses on using canola meal in dairy calf starter mixtures. As a professor in the Department of Animal and Poultry Science and a Centennial Enhancement Chair in Ruminant Nutritional Physiology at the University of Saskatchewan, Dr. Penner focuses on forage utilization, beef, and dairy cattle nutrition. This is part of the AMTS/Canolamazing webinar series, a join educational webinar series between AMTS and The Canola Counsel of Canada.
