Tallinn city decided in January to build a slide/play area out of snow in Vabaduse Valjak. The amazing thing is that the city council set a range of dates and encouraged citizens and tourists alike to come and help with building it. The result, a fun-filled slide mountain made out of snow that is being enjoyed by both kids and adults alike.
