To perform shoulder abduction table sides:
1. Sit with a table or flat surface by your side. Put your arm straight out on the table with your thumb up. Put a towel under your hand if necessary to make sliding easier.
2. Lean to the side sliding your arm out about 90 degrees as far as you comfortably can, and then pull it back in.
