As I mentioned in the video, you may experience problems if you let your plants sit in water for a long period of time, 2 days or more.. Sometimes they will "drown" because the roots cannot get neccessary oxygen. Another problem could be root rot, unlike when plants are grown hydroponically, the roots are grown in water BUT they also receive oxygen.
