How we filed our first BOI Report to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in our first 90 days of Business ownership.
The process was super simple and easy to complete once I read through everything.
Items of note:
1. Make sure to file within the first 90 days to avoid paying penalties for late filing (up to $500 a day)
2. Have your legal documents ( EIN & Incorporation/LLC) handy before starting the process.
