January 1944. With the aim of defending the strategic position of Tarnova, the Axis commands thought of assigning the task to the Fulmine battalion of the Decima Mas, unaware of the fact that the IX Yugoslav Korpus had set its sights on the town. Armed and supplied by Allied airdrops, the Titoians surround the garrison with a deadly pincer.
Gennaio 1944. Con lo scopo di difendere la strategica posizione di Tarnova, i comandi dell'Asse pensano di assegnare il compito al battaglione Fulmine della Decima Mas, ignari del fatto che il IX Korpus Jugoslavo aveva messo gli occhi sulla cittadina. Armati e riforniti dai lanci Alleati, i titini circondano la guarnigione con una tenaglia mortale.
