Losing weight can be tough. It can be frustrating. It can make you feel all kinds of emotions. The struggle to lose weight can be faced by all kinds of people. Sometimes weight issues are medical, sometimes it’s due to postpartum weight gain. But many times it’s due to wrong eating habits or simply because of some small mistakes we make while eating. I’m putting down a few things that I follow in my own life to maintain a healthy weight. Hope this helps at least some of you!
