How to Create Animated Text Gradient using CSS - Text Gradient Animation

Learn to apply text gradient animation using CSS. First you'll learn how to apply text gradient and then you'll see how to animate text gradient using css background-position property.

Gradients in CSS is created using background-image property which cannot be animated. However, In this video I am going to show you how to animate gradient using the css background-position property. You will learn how to apply gradient on a text and then animate that gradient smoothly using CSS animations.

CSS keyframes animation will be used to animate the text gradient. You will also learn about how to combine css background-clip, background-image and background-position properties to effectively create a gradient text animation.
