Union High School Sophomore Kriti Gopi won first place in the annual Martin Luther King Jr. Commemoration Society's oratorical contest presented by ONEGas, where Tulsa-area students had to recite Dr. King's famous 'I Have a Dream' speech from memory. She recited the speech again at their annual MLK Jr. program, where she was celebrated by employees of ONEGas, the MLK Commemoration Society and community members.
