Galileo training using HIIT for cardio impact
__________________________________________________________________________________________
Warm up 18hz, feet 1-3, 1-3 minutes
Training hz 22-33 depending on your tolerance. Each exercise for 45 seconds for 1-2 rounds
Exercise 1: Forearm plank hold, lift your chest to increase intensity
Exercise 2: Squat kick to the side (abduction)
Exercise 3: Kettle bell swing, feet 1-3
Exercise 4: Knee driver right, feet 0-2
Exercise 5: Knee driver left, feet 0-2
Exercise 6: Knee driver right, feet 0-2
Exercise 7:One legged squat off the back left, feet 0-2
Exercise 8: One legged squat off the back right, feet 0-2
Exercise 9: Plank with lateral foot tap, hands 1-3
Cool down 16hz for 3 minutes (this was a tough one so cool down the full three minutes)
