The United States has supplied armoured vehicles to Israel, per the Israel Defence Ministry. This shipment contains the first batch of armoured vehicles intended to replace Israeli military vehicles destroyed in the fighting with Hamas. This follows US President Joe Biden's visit to Israel, during which he committed $100 million in fresh cash for humanitarian help in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, as well as his desire to seek extra aid from Congress to back Israel's fight against Hamas.
