The chafing dish from Royal Catering is ideal for exquisite buffets or exclusive catering services. Whether in a hotel or restaurant, at a food stand, a banquet or at a private event: This elegant stainless steel chafing dish is simply indispensable when it comes time to tastefully present large quantities of food and keep them hot at the same time.

The chafing pan is easy to use and versatile, since you don't need access to a power outlet. The two fuel containers are easily accessible in an extra-secure holder and can be filled with fuel paste (not included in delivery). The fuel containers are each equipped with a lid for easily putting out the flame and are designed to always guarantee safety when using the chafing dish.

When in use, the lower container is filled with warm or hot water. The heat is then transferred to the included 8 L GN 1/1 container. The water bath enables you to gently heat the contents without burning and will keep the food at temperature for some time even after the burner has gone out. The stainless steel lid protects the food, returns condensation to the water bath and maintains the temperature inside the chafing dish. It can be positioned to present the food and allow the guests easy access. Two handles on the sides provide stability when transporting the buffet dish.

The GN 1/1 container can be easily removed in order to replace it with another GN container, refill the water bath or wash it. The use of high-quality stainless steel gives this buffet warmer a classic look and is hygienic, robust, resilient and long-lasting.
