Ballistic Nylon was developed to be used in flak jackets during WWII. The material is still commonly used today in things such as luggage, tool belts, etc. Ballistic nylon has been replaced in the ballistic world by more advanced materials such as Kevlar. We thought it would be fun to test the performance of ballistic nylon and compare it to more modern day materials.
