But what if there was a retirement plan that was gaining in popularity and could provide greater security and peace of mind? eXp Realty may be just that plan. Is it a scam, or is it the real deal? What is eXp Realty?

eXp Realty is a residential real estate brokerage company that operates in the United States and Canada. The company was founded in 2008 by Glenn Sanford, and it has since grown to become one of the largest brokerages in North America.

The company's business model is different from most traditional brokerages. Rather than charging its agents a percentage of their commissions, eXp Realty charges a monthly subscription fee. This allows the company to operate more like a technology platform than a traditional brokerage.

The company has been growing rapidly. In 2017, they had $5 billion in sales volume and 8,000 agents. In 2018, they increased their sales volume to $9 billion and added 12,000 agents. The company is on track to do $20 billion in sales volume in 2019.

eXp Realty has been able to grow so quickly because they've been able to attract top-producing agents from other brokerages. In many cases, these agents are leaving traditional brokerages to join eXp Realty because they're tired of giving away a large percentage of their commissions to the brokerage.

The company has also been able to attract new agents who are just starting out in their careers. These new agents are drawn to eXp Realty because of the low monthly subscription fee and the opportunity to earn equity in the company.
