At Meaning 2018, Poppy gave us an insight into the concept of mental health first aid. She drew on the challenges she has faced in her own life, and on her experience as head of Mental Health First Aid England, to advocate for a pro-active approach, using practical tools and techniques to care for ourselves and for our colleagues.
