The Karnataka government decided to impose fresh curbs even as cases of Omicron variant of SARSCoV2 continue to surge across India. India has so far reported over 400 Omicron cases, while Karnataka has 31 such cases, out of which 15 have been recovered, according to the data released by the Union health ministry.
