In this video will show an in-depth description showing the rebuild of a 2020 Suzuki Rmz 450. This is only the Disassembly to keep the video time short. The Re-assembly will be in another video. Also this video is to show the works and use of a Wiseco Elite Piston 14:1 ratio(450) and 14.5:1(250).
This video was worked really hard to build and to help understand those who decide to rebuild their own bike and perhaps save some money by doing it yourself. Now this may be the only for Suzuki however the principle of the other manufacturers are not far off in comparison.
As a note to be concerned of, the torque values are not shown, those will be in the manual you received from your dealer. Torques are in a sense not required however strongly encouraged to follow.
