For Daily Race C this week we are at the 24 Heures du Mans Racing Circuit and a big part of this lap is the main straight and without the two chicanes, it is even more important to make the most from drafting and that includes working together and BUMP DRAFTING.

In this video, I show a couple of examples where people are physically trying to avoid using this highly useful and beneficial technique and how it can cost you time down the straight. I then cut to part of one of Rory Alexander’s videos that I was watching on his daily livestream during which he illustrates the benefit beautifully. I finish the video showing how I worked with a Viper (thank you Deff22) during which he bumped drafted me in the slower Jaguar but used that to close the gap to the leader in front and he also used it to stay ahead of another Viper that was drafting (slip streaming) him.
