In this video, I teach a beginner how to achieve a ring muscle in two days. I show all of the drills I use with athletes and my coaching thought process as we go! Muscle ups are not an easy movement to do and the athlete I teach in this video already has a strong foundation to start from. She had strict pull-ups and strict ring dips as well as a muscle up on the bar.
