We recently restored a Yezdi CLII/D250 that arrived in a truck.
We noticed that it required full restoration.

Below are some pointers of the work involved.

Fuel Tank Restoration and Anti Rust Coating, Sandblasting and Stoving based painting on the chassis, swing arm, t stems, top plates etc. Sandblasted and tinkered the body parts and installed an epoxy primer, base coat of Glasurit and Glasutir 923 series clear coat with decals locked in.
Crank reset with new pins and bearings, oil seals, etc, full wiring kit and much more.
coated with parts with nano rubber coating for prolonged durability.

Sent vehicle back to Nagercoil from where the vehicle arrived.
