A day after the former Pakistan PM was granted bail by Islamabad High Court in an alleged graft case, Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif went all out against the rioters, who were involved in the heinous May 09 rampage. In that series, he directed authorities to nab all culprits in the violent protests across the country within the next 72 hours. Notably, PM Sharif's ‘panic step’ came soon after his visit to the vandalised Lahore Corps Commander House, where he extended solidarity with the country's military leadership. Not only that, yesterday, soon after his release, the ousted PM Imran Khan targeted the Pakistani military. PTI Chief and Former Pak PM was arrested in an Al-Qadir Trust graft case outside Islamabad High Court by Pakistani Rangers on May 09. Soon after his arrest, a rampant outcry erupted in various parts of Pakistan, leaving various public and private properties torched. Hundreds were injured and almost eight persons lost their lives in the violent protests across nation, as per Pakistani media reports. Although Imran Khan was granted 2-week protective bail by the Islamabad High Court on May 12. Pakistan’s former Prime Minister Imran Khan was ousted in a non-confidence vote in April last year.
