JP5a and JP3 perform a formation takeoff from North Weald airfield in Spring of 2007.
The jets are owned and operated by a private syndicate and close formation is just one of the skills our members can learn, in addition to aerobatics and low-level navigation.
GA or ex-military pilots wanting to expand their horizons and gain a JP type rating are always welcome at North Weald. Flying these machines probably costs a lot less than you think.
