Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC) President & CEO Gloria O’Neill addresses the Alaska Federation of Natives (AFN) via video to close out the 2020 virtual AFN convention. This year, CITC acquired Get Out the Native Vote as an affiliate, with the aim to increase voter registration and empower Alaska Native people to become more civically involved in every level of government.
