The University of Kentucky's collaboration with a farm in Southwestern Kentucky, which grows grains developed by a UK wheat breeder, has come full circle in UK's Dietetics and Human Nutrition program. Those grains are now being used in fresh-baked breads after the grains are milled into flour.
