First we practice placing all our attention in the spine with nice even deep breaths. After Learning the Kriya breath add the Bliss technique and integrate it into this breathing method. This is step two. 14 repetitions of the pure form first, then add the Bliss and notice how you feel. Listen to your soul and do what works for you. This breathing technique is very powerful and will energize all your systems, that's why it is important to practice love, pure living, and pure thinking. Thanks for watching this.
