With Culinary Month well underway at Atlantis, The Palm, we took the chance to sharpen up our culinary skills.
And who better to be taught from than Japanese celebrity chef, Nobu.
Culinary Month is running at Atlantis, The Palm until October 28th and the food festival will see discounted dinner deals, celebrity chef visits as well as dinner experiences with leading local chefs.
Nobu seemed like the perfect place to brush up on some culinary skills of our own.
Thankfully - or so we thought – the cooking lesson would be easy and involved making sushi, but these little nuggets of tastiness are a lot harder to put together than you may think.
We managed just three in the space of 30 minutes but the restaurant creates a whopping 1000 pieces of sushi a night.
We’re not sure we’ll be leading a night’s service in the kitchen anytime soon but we certainly appreciate the hard work that goes into creating the Nobu menu…
And we fully advise to take full advantage of the deals available at Atlantis, The Palm during Culinary Month. We promise it won’t be us in the kitchen.
