Coming from work and the kids are excited to taste these chips and crackers I got from the store so we decided to do a taste test review 😅

INGREDIENTS
1lb cooked Chicken
2 cups Mang Tomas Sauce
1 chicken bouillon
4 cloves minced garlic
1 medium minced onions
1 tsp whole peppercorn
3-4 dried bay leaves
3 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
3 tbsp cooking oil
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat the oil in a cooking pot
2. Saute the garlic and onion until the inion gets soft
3. Add the shredded chicken
4. Pour water and the Mang Tomas sauce
5. Stir and let boil
6. Add the peppercorn, bag leaves, chicken bouillon, and soy sauce.
7. Cover and cook in medium heat for 30mins
8. Pour vinegar in the pot. Let the mixture re-boil
9. Stir and add the sugar and salt
10. Cook for 10-15 mins or until the sauce thickens
11. Serve it with rice
