This video shows you how you can cover up unsightly or ugly gaps in wet or moisture prone areas like the bathroom, for example between floor or wall tile and a fiberglass/acrylic shower base. Can you use PVC quarter round trim (do not use wood!)? You bet! You can miter cut the edges using a miter saw for inside or outside corners, or just run in straight from wall to wall. Use silicone to adhere and seal small gaps, followed by an optional layer of paintable white caulk to match the PVC. Hope this helps!
