Atlantis the Royal is the newest attraction in Dubai, with its inauguration being the grandest one yet! One of the most loved Japanese restaurants in Dubai, Nobu, have opened in Atlantis the Royal too - Nobu by the Beach. Their menu includes their original loved dishes, plus some new snack items perfect for people lounging by the pool.
A cute buggy dropped us off to the restaurant, and thankfully we didn’t have to walk in the sweltering heat! The restaurant is the epitome of Dubai vibes beach - sunny, vibrant, and fresh!
From their delectable menu, we ordered:
⭐️Salted Edamame for Dhs. 40
⭐️Zero Paloma drink for Dhs. 55
⭐️Hamachi salad for Dhs. 110
⭐️Salmon Jalapeño maki for Dhs. 80
⭐️Soft shell crab maki for Dhs. 85
⭐️Seabass Kushiyaki for Dhs. 170
⭐️Asparagus Kushiyaki for Dhs. 90
⭐️Vanilla cheesecake for Dhs. 70
⭐️Banana Harumaki for Dhs. 60
The Hamachi salad was a lovely tangy salad made of quinoa, mango, and yellowtail fish. The Maki handcut rolls were our favorite - both salmon jalapeño and soft shell crab were so fresh and well flavored, they teamed perfectly with soy sauce! Kushiyaki were essentially skewers - a light and delicious main course option. The seabass was soft and well cooked, while the asparagus was perfectly crunchy.
We tried 2 of their best selling desserts; the vanilla cheesecake was a deconstructed version, with raspberry sorbet and granola inside. It was one of the most innovative and tasty desserts I’ve had! The banana harumaki was banana fried and presented as spring rolls, with passion fruit sauce and mocha ice cream. These together were a burst of unexpected and mouthwatering flavors!
Their service is exemplary, our server Vivian was such a sweetheart, and helped us with the menu. An amazing experience at a world renown restaurant, and glad to have finally visited the gorgeous Atlantis The Royal - a truly Royal experience.
