Institutional greetings, Flavio Zanonato, Ministry of the Economic Development, during the "Mothers and children first" conference held in Milan on 16th of November 2013.
After a year and a half from the beginning of the five years project "Mothers and children first", a meeting to give voice to protagonists' stories. A new occasion to let numbers and results change into values and motivation in order to reach the final goal of 125.000 assisted deliveries in 5 years.
Furthermore, the conference was part of the activities foreseen for the Equal opportunities for health: action for development European project, whose aim is to trainee health professionals within a Global Health framework.
