This Australia Day I decided to LIVE FILM a 4 layer cake and EVERYTHING WENT WRONG! But I was shooting live in front of 150K Facebook watchers and I had no choice but to soldier on and take the advice I always give you guys - There's no such thing as a total cake disaster!
I debated whether or not to put this video up here on YouTube as its certainly not my best work, but I decided it's kind of nice to see things in their real life, less than perfect way. The people you see on cooking shows, on youtube videos and in the movies have so many layers of editing to make them look great at what they do and I thought it might be refreshing to see what happens when things don't go according to plan...
