I've put the descriptions of the most interesting teams in the description, so check that out if you're interesting in looking more into each idea!

League of Ireland (IRE 1) - St James's Gate FC
If you fancy a long road to glory, St James’ Gate and the Irish League could be the ideal team.
Based in Crumlin, Dublin, they were initially the football team of the St James's Gate Brewery, the home of Guinness. But they aren't your typical factory team, or a meme related to one of Ireland's most famous exports. St James’ Gate were the first winners of both the League of Ireland and the FAI Cup
Their senior men's team currently play in the Leinster Senior League, the third division of Irish football.
Starting with the smallest budget, the oldest squad and the lowest squad rating, your goal is to progress to first be competitive in Ireland, before trying to get further and further into the European competitions.
It will probably take you around 5 seasons to get past the group stages, and at that point you can take the Boys in Green to the USA, for what will seem to the Irish national team like playing at home for the 2026 World Cup.

(SWE 1) - IF Brommapojkarna
If you want a Career Mode with a massive youth focus then brommapojkarna are the team for you.
In terms of active players, Bromma are the worlds biggest side.
They have around 247 teams of different ages, with over 3,000 registered players and a youth academy that has produced some of the best players in Sweden
However unfortunately for the senior club side, most of them are poached at a young age. If any team on FIFA can be a realistic youth only save, it would be BP.
They did fall all the way from the first division in 2018, to the third division in 2021, but a promotion now means IRL they are one good season away from being on FIFA 24.

Scottish Premier (SWE 1) - Clachnacuddin FC
One of the hardest Career Mode saves, The club plays in non-league, in the 5th tier and are based in Inverness.
Despite their lowly status, their trophy cabinet is quite full, they have won the 5th tier 18 times in their history, a pretty crazy amount. Even though they have dominated the 5th tier, promotion beyond the amatuer leagues in Scotland is hard, with only one team being able to make it to the semi professional 4th division each season.
Their best side was in 1948, known as the clean sweep side, they won every single trophy they entered. The biggest stand at their stadium is now known as the clean sweep enclosure, so your goal is to do the same in your Career Mode
As a historic side, they’ve been around since 1885, playing at the same stadium since 1886

Premier League (ENG 1) - Argonauts F.C.
This is one of the weirdest teams i’ve found while looking for ideas
Founded in 1928, they were dissolved only 2 years later without even playing a match
They’d agreed to use Wembley stadium as a 127,000 capacity ground if they were approved into the football league
Founded by the England Amateur International captain, he’d agreed with the rest of the national team to all join this club, if they could get approved.
The football league was approving 2 new teams each year in the late 1920’s, so the club applied for Football League status in 1928, but finished in third place with a decent 16 votes.
The club went inactive for a year, but reapplied in 1929, coming again in third – one place off acceptance but this time with only 6 votes.

EFL League Two (ENG 4) - Viking Greenford F.C.
Viking were founded by a team of factory workers in 1945.
Their early years were spent touring the UK, playing as many friendlies as possible to raise funds for league application
A tour of the Soviet Union in 1965 included a match against FC Desna Chernihiv at their Yuri Gagarin Stadium, which they lost 10–1.
A club trip to Czechoslovakia in 1968 unexpectedly coincided with the sudden Soviet invasion of the country following the Prague Spring, and the team were forced to make a 300-mile dash in their coach for the border with Austria, in order to avoid becoming trapped in the country.
Starting in the 14th tier, Viking managed to make it up to the 9th tier by the end of the 60’s.
By 2003 the money had run out, and Viking ceased to exist.
