March Seed Sowing of Monkey Nuts and Luffa (Loofah), Vegetable Gardening
Having had these seeds delivered to me this week I need to get sowing.
I’m curious to see how the Monkey Nuts ( Arachis hypogaea ) and Loofah ( Luffa cylindrica) grow as I’ve never tried them before.
Both the Luffa and Monkey nuts require a heated propagator to stand any chance of them germinating in the U.K.
As both the Luffa and Monkey nuts are of a large size they will do better planted into individual cell trays, and need to be covered with compost.
