On days 3 and 4 we cycled from Newark to Oneida New York. A highlight was traveling through Syracuse, experiencing their multi million dollar improvements to the bicycle / walking infrastructure. Cities could learn from their example of safe passageways for bikers, runners and walkers. We also visited "Green Lakes" to observe the unusual water color along with an awesome walking path.
