Are you feet feeling painful and stiff?
There are many reasons this could be happening but mobility can be a big part of it. Also your ability to use your muscles to stabilize your feet can be important too ☝🏽
Foot arthritis is another explanation. It can impact so many activities including standing, walking, and stairs. In order to make these activities feel better- it’s time to take care of the feet! 🙌🏼
Many people think exercise is supposed to hurt in order to make progress but that is NOT the case ☝🏽
Instead, movement should feel GOOD.
If all movement that you’ve tried has hurt so far- you may not have found the right movements yet! 👀
