Raymond Hughes LRPS
Raymond was the first person to become a Licentiate under the new Distinctions as assessed by the Multimedia panel. As with all RPS distinctions, an LRPS is achieved by reaching a certain standard. The work is not assessed against other submissions. Some work is just above the standard; others achieve the required standard with ease. The Least of the Faithful falls into the second category. The panel loved the moody, atmospheric images at the start of this sequence, and the change of pace – and music – half way through. At LRPS level Statements of Intent are not required.
