This video explains how to register our mobile number in KSEB (Kerala State Electricity Board) Message Alert System (OMS) to know advance information about Power outages (Power cuts) and Bill alerts. Updated in June 2020.
Two methods are described in this video.
1. The methods for new registration.
2. How to update already registered mobile number and e-mail id to new mobile number and e-mail id.
For the registration, you need to know the Consumer Number and any previous Bill Number. This video also explains how to find out the consumer number and bill number from a KSEB Bill.
Steps for Registration :
1. Search "KSEB OMS Registration".
2. Open the KSEB OMS website.
3. Provide your Consumer Number and old Bill Number.
4. Click on "Validate" Button.
5. Provide your Mobile Number and e-mail id.
6.Click the three options.
7. "Register Consumer Details"/"Update Consumer Details"
