The manager of a Lanarkshire bus company says the company will struggle to survive if they can't fill driver vacancies. A large number of staff have left JMB Travel to join the HGV industry.
The company currently has 25 vacancies but says it can't compete with the higher wages being offered to drive lorries. Larger firms are also struggling with staff shortages. Susan Ripoll reports.
