Neenee's father was a General for the Pathet Lao charged with keeping the Ho Chi Minh trail open in the Laos provinces of Khammouane , Salavan and Savannakhet during the Vietnam war and Secret War. We track down a few men who fought alongside him and helped save his life when he was badly shot up during intense fighting against the Royal Army in the district Bualapha.
