Vertical, form, fill and seal rated to 80 bags per minute - depending on materials and application. Bag size range 2-3/4" to 14-3/4" in Width; 2-1/4" to 15-1/2" in Length. Equipped with film registration, side belt film assist, 16" vertical lap seal, 15" serrated hot knife cross seal, servo drive, PLC with panel view and Lexan safety guarding. Film specifications: up to 30-1/2" in width; up to 23-1/2" in diameter on 3" core. Additionally features: All Fill auger filler with a 22" diameter stainless steel product hopper, bolt down dust cover and 7" OD product port. Hapman stainless steel screw conveyor with 30'' x 30'' x 34'' deep product hopper with cover, 2-3/4" Diameter x 128" Long screw, top mounted 1/2 Hp motor drive and 6'' OD product discharge port.
