A California police department released video Sunday of a shoplifting suspect acting surprised when she learned low-total theft is once again a felony charge in the Golden State.
The Seal Beach Police Department posted a video on Instagram showing a group of individuals allegedly stealing $648 worth of items from an Ulta Beauty store. The group went on to steal an additional $237 in merchandise from Kohl's, police say.
