In Morocco, on the edge of the mighty Sahara desert, lies the world's largest concentrated solar power plant.  

The plant hopes to provide clean energy around the world, as well as for its own people.  
 
On the cusp of becoming a solar superpower, Lucy Watson travelled there to discover whether this drive for renewable energy could be the economic gift the country needs. And, if so, why has this mega-project still struggled to make a significant impact on the lives of those closer to home?
