Location: Arizona State Capitol (East Side) - Phoenix
Incident Date/Time: June 25, 2022 - 11:00 PM

For the second night in a row protesters against the over overturning of Roe V. Wade gathered at the state capitol. Following hours of demonstrations the remaining group shortly after 11 PM began damaging the gate surrounding the capitol that was erected by DPS following the previous night's unrest and acts of violence. After knocking down the gate DPS declared the gathering to be an unlawful assembly and protesters scattered. DPS surrounded the group and detained over a dozen protesters and arrested 4 on various charges.
