Sarah Chmielecki is an instructional coach at Langford Elementary School. Born and raised in East Hartford, her career brought her to Langford six years ago as a 4th grade teacher, and she transitioned to her current role a year later. Now as a leader in the district's focus on student-centered coaching, she works tirelessly both behind the scenes and in every classroom to ensure students achieve and grow.
