Before this, they talked about important stuff like invading North Africa and opening up a new front in Europe, but things got tense when Churchill said the invasion might not happen. To make things better, Churchill suggested a late-night hangout in Stalin's private room. There, they had a big feast with lots of food and many wine bottles. Then-Secretary of State for foreign affairs for the UK, Sir Alexander Cadogan, who was there, said everyone was having a great time until 3 in the morning. The friendship between the UK, the U.S., and the Soviet Union was really important in beating Nazi Germany, even though sometimes they didn't agree.
