The world of female bodybuilding has never been the same since Nataliya Kuznetsova stepped in. It usually wasn't much about monstrous size, very few back then were above average in muscular physique. But this woman made of steel took it upon herself to revolutionize that mindset. Today, so many other female bodybuilders are trolling her lane, working out assiduously to sculpt that feminine muscle monster physique that has deeply captured the admiration of the world.

This video is my little way of showing appreciation to this wonderful, relentless, fearless, but yet so kind woman who has contributed immensely to the growth of female bodybuilding mostly in the aspect of body size.

It's unbelievable how she stays muscularly huge and very shredded at the same time. Yet there's been so much talks about her using gear.
