2 ripe banana
1 egg
Smashed well
Sugar 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Mix well
7 inch pan
Grease oil
Place baking paper
Place the mould in a 5 mins preheated pan
Cook it on medium heat for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
