The Compact Gas Differential Pressure Gauge features a variable lens dial design that is small in size but easy to read. A single 2-5/8” diameter hole allows for panel mounting, and the Model 5000 is housed in ABS with fiberglass, a low price point that ensures adequate accuracy and reliability. Standard pressure connections are burr fittings for I.D. piping; safe operation up to 30 PSIG. Overpressure protection is provided by an air membrane attached to the diaphragm. Excessive pressure in the event of an accident will not damage the product.
Applications for the Model 5000 include biosafety cabinets, clean benches, industrial vacuum cleaners, ash cleaning, medical respiratory therapy equipment, air samplers, sheet-fluid hoods, and electronic air cooling systems. As an air filtration meter, the Model 5000 can be used as an end-of-line unit in large stationary engines, compressors, ventilation equipment, and air handling units.
